If something feels wrong, such as a switch that's warm to the touch, a burning smell, or repeated tripping, the safest immediate step is to switch off the affected circuit at the consumer unit rather than continuing to use it or repeatedly resetting it. Continuing to use a circuit with an active fault, or resetting a tripped breaker over and over without knowing why it's tripping, can allow a developing problem to get worse and increases the risk of fire or shock. Once the circuit is switched off, call Ryan, explain what you've noticed, and avoid using it again until it has been properly inspected and the fault identified.
