• Details of the job you are enquiring about

If you call or email us directly, we may retain your contact details in order to respond to your enquiry and carry out any work you request.

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry
• Provide a quote for electrical work
• Carry out and complete electrical work you have requested
• Send you relevant information about the work we are carrying out

We do not use your information for marketing purposes, and we do not share it with any third parties except where required to complete the work (for example, if building control notification is needed as part of a certified installation).

Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interest (to respond to your enquiry) and, where a contract for work is agreed, on the basis of that contract. We do not process special category data.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your contact details and job information for as long as is necessary to complete the work and for any reasonable follow-up period, or as required by HMRC for tax purposes (typically 6 years). If no work is carried out, enquiry details are deleted within 12 months.

Cookies and Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics collects anonymised data about pages visited, time spent on the site and approximate location.
